We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and financial expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will involve overseeing the financial operations of the organization and ensuring compliance with both local and international financial regulations.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.
• Taxation: Manage and oversee all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file VAT returns, corporate tax returns, and other related documents.
• Auditing: Coordinate and support external auditors in the annual audit process. Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard the company’s assets and financial data.
• Accounting Systems Management: Oversee and manage the implementation of accounting systems and processes. Suggest improvements to streamline financial operations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, providing insightful analysis to senior management on variances and financial performance.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure that the company has the liquidity to meet its obligations. Recommend strategies to improve cash flow and working capital management.
• Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting, legal, and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on changes in financial legislation and taxation.
• Financial Advisory: Provide financial advice to senior management and key stakeholders on cost-saving measures, investment opportunities, and strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Education: A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification).
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to both local and international accounting practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks), and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax laws.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Arabic being an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Location: Candidate should be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
