About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant & HR Executive to support both finance and people operations in our hospital. This role suits someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You Will Do Accounts & Finance

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• Handle billing, payments, receipts, vendor coordination, and cash flow.
• Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, and monthly closures.
• Prepare MIS reports and assist with budgeting & cost control.
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS) and support internal/external audits.

Human Resources

• Manage recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Maintain attendance, leaves, and process monthly payroll.
• Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.
• Support HR compliance (ESI, PF, labour norms).
• Coordinate duty rosters and staff schedules.

What We’re Looking For

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
