About the Role

Lupós Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience in the UAE and fluency in English, with additional languages like Russian or French considered a strong advantage.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial and real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate day-to-day financial transaction records
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and management reports
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
  • Handle VAT filing and coordinate with external auditors
  • Support commission calculations and agent performance reporting
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and DLD requirements
  • Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Tally
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • French language skills are a strong advantage
  • Experience in real estate accounting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
