Accountant–Bookkeeper & US Tax Preparer (Amazon Business)

We are looking for a skilled accounting professional to manage end-to-end financial operations for our Amazon business, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, and US tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks OnlineReconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and Amazon settlements

2.Manage vendor bills, AP, and paymentsTrack inventory, COGS, duties, PPC spend & Amazon fees

3.Prepare monthly/annual P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow

4.Budgeting, forecasting & financial analysisPayroll processing + W-2 & 1099 filings

5.File US sales tax returns & support CPA for annual taxes

6.Amazon-specific finance: reimbursements, fees, profitability reports.

Requirements:

3+ years in US accounting & QuickBooks OnlineStrong knowledge of US tax, payroll, 1099/W-2, sales taxAmazon FBA/FBM accounting experience preferredExcellent analytical & reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
