WE’RE HIRING – PURCHASING & STOCK MANAGER

Caspers Market & Café is looking for an experienced, flexible, quick-thinking, and smart Purchasing & Stock Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain stock levels for the café & market
  • Plan purchases, place orders, and monitor deliveries
  • Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers
  • Track inventory, expiry, and stock usage
  • Maintain proper documentation of purchases and stock
  • Organize storage areas and ensure timely replenishment
  • Work closely with accounting to align stock with cost control

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in purchasing & stock management (F&B experience preferred)
  • Accounting background or basic financial understanding
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • Flexible and proactive personality
