Accounting Controller

We are a fast-growing, multi-million-dollar company with diversified business lines, including a strong direct-to-consumer presence through online platforms such as TikTok, Amazon and Shopify. Our operations include both product sales and service-based billing, with active inventory and fulfillment management.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Accounting Manager / Controller to lead core accounting functions and help the CFO scale the accounting and analytics capabilities of the business. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting operations and thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
• Perform cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes (QuickBooks required)
• Support inventory tracking, cost accounting, and fulfillment reporting
• Assist with billing for services and product-related revenue streams
• Help implement internal controls and process improvements
• Collaborate closely with the CFO on financial analysis, forecasting, and departmental growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and cash management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• CPA, CMA, or other accounting certification
• Experience with direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, or inventory-based businesses
• Prior work with U.S. based companies
