Financial Reporting

  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, business activity reports, and other financial analyses.

Accounting Oversight

  • Manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
  • Ensure all accounting systems, records, and procedures are properly maintained and up to date.

Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory financial requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in VAT, Corporate Tax (CT), and Transfer Pricing compliance.

Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external auditors, bankers, and other key stakeholders.

Cost Reduction

  • Analyze financial reports and operational processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.

Budget Management

  • Lead the budgeting process, monitor expenditures, and analyze actual performance against budgeted figures to ensure financial control.
