1. Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense reports
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Handle and coordinate with bankers to manage our accounts and facility
2. Office Management
- Oversee general office operations and administrative support
- Liaise with service providers, vendors, and building management
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general upkeep
- Support HR-related admin tasks (visas, medicals, insurance coordination)
3. Corporate Secretarial Duties
- Prepare and maintain board resolutions and minutes of meetings
- Assist with corporate filings, license renewals, and record-keeping
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
4. DMCC Compliance & Coordination
- Manage company-related matters with DMCC, including license renewals, updates, and documentation
- Liaise with DMCC and government authorities for corporate and employee affairs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DMCC regulations and processes.
