Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Manage company accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Prepare and process monthly salaries, advances, and expense reimbursements.
- Handle bank-related tasks, including deposits, payments, reconciliations, and statements.
- Maintain records for vendor payments, ride/material purchases, and service invoices.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and management reports.
- Assist in annual budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Handle taxation matters, including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax.
- Coordinate with the company’s auditor and tax consultant for compliance and filings.
Administration
- Supervise day-to-day office operations and ensure all admin tasks run smoothly.
- Oversee staff attendance, leave management, and HR-related documentation.
- Handle procurement and inventory of office and project supplies.
- Liaise with field teams for outdoor duty expense tracking and approvals.
- Ensure record maintenance for staff, clients, and vendors.
- Manage petty cash, travel claims, and logistic arrangements.
Coordination & Reporting
- Support management in budget reviews and project cost analyses.
- Provide weekly financial summaries and updates on company cash flow.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups.
- Participate in weekly review meetings and provide insights on expenses and savings.
Requirements
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / ACCA (Part Qualified)
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Accounts & Administration (preferably in services or amusement industry)
Skills
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks / ERP / MS Excel
- Understanding of taxation laws and compliance
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
