Job Title: Admin cum Accounts Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Manager to oversee administrative operations and manage the company’s financial activities. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, office administration, documentation, and support management in ensuring smooth internal operations.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Manage vendor coordination, purchase follow-ups, and office supplies.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support HR activities whenever required.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare necessary reports.
- Handle customer and client communication, phone calls, and email correspondence.
Accounts Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and maintain financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP).
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, debit/credit notes, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash management.
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial closing and generate accounting reports.
- Coordinate with auditors for financial audit and compliance requirements.
- Ensure GST, TDS and other statutory filings in coordination with CA.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in admin & accounts management.
- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software, MS Excel & documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently with responsibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
