- All Statutory payments & returns like GST, PT, TDS, Income Tax, within due date etc.
- Employee Site Expenses (Voucher Check, Payment)
- Checking, Processing and Verifying Cash, Bank, Salary, TDS, GST, Purchase order, petty cash
- Preparing & Maintaining updated records of invoices with PO & quotations.
- Administering financial procedures including banking of cheques/cash, invoicing, payments and petty cash account.
- Independent & drafting Email correspondence
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Handling commercial activities, Supply Chain Coordination
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- General Ledger Account Scrutiny of Customers and Vendors as well as reconciliation.
