1) visa document knowledge, online visa form submission and visa appointments
2) To check availability & arrange airline tickets, euro loading in forex card/cash & hotel bookings. Arrange an airport drop-off/pickup taxi.
3) Based on the inquiry to check spares in stock, calculate and prepare a quotation.
4) After getting a PO for spares, arrange dispatch of the spare part to the customer by making a pro forma invoice, delivery challan, or invoice & e-way bill and insurance for the dispatch.
5) GRN follows up with the customer for service invoices. - Payment follow-up with customer for service.
6) NDA agreement process.
