Liventra Properties is seeking a Female Real Estate Accounts Assistant who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a professional property company. If you have UAE accounting experience and want to advance your career in real estate finance, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting tasks and support senior accountants
- Maintain accurate ledgers, financial statements, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts receivable, payable, rent collections, and payment processing
- Prepare invoices, receipts, debit/credit notes, and maintain financial accuracy
- Track petty cash, office expenses, and cash flow
- Coordinate with Admin, Sales, Management & external stakeholders
- Support VAT documentation, filing preparation & monthly summaries
- Assist in payroll calculations, attendance records & reimbursements
- Prepare monthly P&L statements and cash-flow reports
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, RERA & company SOPs
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1 year UAE accounting experience (Real Estate accounting preferred)
- Must hold a Valid UAE Visa
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Good MS Excel skills; accounting software knowledge is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy & communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment
Salary, Office Hours & Joining Details
- Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 (Based on experience)
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday only
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Probation: 3 Months
- Offer Letter / Visa Commitment: Considered only after successful probation
- Preferred Joining Date: 15 December 2025 onwards
