Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable and Receivable

· Process invoices, expense claims, and payments promptly and accurately.

· Assist in managing accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and tracking outstanding payments.

· Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.

2. Data Entry and Record Keeping

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.

· Enter financial data into spreadsheets or accounting software, ensuring data accuracy.

· File and organize financial documents systematically for easy retrieval.

3. Bank Reconciliation

· Assist in reconciling bank statements with the general ledger.

· Address and resolve discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.

4. Expense Management

· Process employee expense claims in compliance with company policies.

· Record and manage expenses, ensuring adherence to procedures.

5. Support for Financial Reporting

· Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Compile and organize financial data for review by senior accounting staff.

6. Administrative Support

· Provide general administrative assistance, including answering calls, emails, and managing correspondence.

· Support the team with photocopying, scanning, and document preparation tasks.

7. Ad-hoc Tasks

· Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Senior Accountant or Chief Accountant to support the accounting team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
