  • Enter purchase bills accurately into the accounting system.
  • Record cash and bank transactions, including receipts and payments.
  • Handle daily cash operations, including petty cash management.
  • Enter sales bills/invoices into the accounting system.
  • Maintain proper records of all vouchers, bills, and receipts.
  • Perform bank-related tasks, such as depositing or withdrawing cash, submitting cheques, etc.
  • Assist in monthly reconciliations of bank and cash accounts.
  • Support the preparation of accounting reports as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance

Knowledge of accounting software

Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

Ability to handle cash responsibly.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
