Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or Excel).
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing.
- Assist in payroll preparation and expense management.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Support auditors by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and cash flow tracking.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of taxation, invoices, and ledgers.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
