Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP, or Excel).
  • Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and expense management.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
  • Support auditors by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cash flow tracking.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a similar accounting or finance role.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of taxation, invoices, and ledgers.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
