Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountants to join our Accounts team at our Kolkata Showroom. The ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and familiarity with purchase billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans accurately.
• Assist in resolving billing-related queries from clients or internal teams.
• Ensure all documents are filed and maintained as per company policies.
• Prepare and enter purchase bills into Tally ERP with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Tally for all billing-related transactions.
• Store's Liquid Cash responsibility.
• Support audit and compliance checks related to purchase billing.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com or equivalent degree in Commerce/Accounting.
• Software Skills: Basic working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Familiarity with GST, purchase bills, and accounting documentation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in billing or accounts-related work.
• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
