Job Overview:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling invoices, assisting in statutory compliances, and supporting the finance team in monthly closing and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain and update daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP system.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor bills, and customer invoicing.
  • Record journal entries and reconcile ledgers accurately.
  • Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense records.

2. Taxation & Compliance Support

  • Prepare data for GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns and filings.
  • Support the senior team during audits and statutory assessments.
  • Ensure timely compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

3. Financial Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
  • Support management with financial data analysis and summaries as needed.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks for payment-related queries.
  • Liaise with internal departments for approvals and expense management.
  • Assist senior accountants in preparing MIS and management reports.

5. Audit & Finalization Support

  • Assist in trial balance preparation and account reconciliation.
  • Support senior management during finalization of accounts and audit closure.
  • Maintain transparency and accuracy in all accounting processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
