Accounts Executive

• Maintain and update financial records and databases.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, insights, and key performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain MIS tools, dashboards, and visualizations to present data.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and support their data needs.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
• Support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Required qualifications and skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Experience: 2 – 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting is often required.
• Technical skills:
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charting.
• Experience with financial software and other business intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL is often required for data analysis.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities are essential to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
