Accounts Executive

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and capable Accounts Executive with strong experience in GST compliance, payroll , and general accounting. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage accounts and ensure timely statutory filings. Prior experience of 3–5 years is a plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns accurately and on time
• Handle TDS deduction and working processes
• Manage ESI calculations and submissions
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly
• Maintain general accounts and ledgers
• Pass Journal Vouchers (J.V) and ensure proper documentation
• Oversee bill returns and vendor reconciliation
• Independently manage accounting operations and financial records
• Generate and manage E-invoicing and E -way bill as per GST norms

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in accounting and statutory compliance preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally or ERP systems)
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws and compliance
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
