Job Opportunity: Account Executive

Location: Royal Solar Energy – Lahore Office (Commercial Broadway, DHA)
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (Based on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description

Royal Solar Energy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain records, and support financial operations. The ideal candidate is responsible, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconcile statements.
• Enter data in accounting software and prepare financial reports.
• Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and cash flow reporting.
• Coordinate with the finance and audit teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (solar or engineering industry experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP preferred).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
