As we continue to grow, we are expanding our finance team to support our operations and ensure strong financial discipline across all verticals.

About the Role

We are seeking a Accounts Executive with proven experience in managing core accounting functions, financial reporting, compliance, and team coordination. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to handling end-to-end accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex financial reports and records to provide insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and review various financial reports including account reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Perform and oversee account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and income tax audits, and support statutory compliance.
• Document and monitor internal controls in support of the auditing team.
• Coordinate accounting projects and cross-functional finance initiatives.
• Review journal entries and reports prepared by junior accountants to ensure accuracy.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS support all audit preparations and queries.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and ensure timely financial reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Junior Accountant or Junior Accounts Executive.
• Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in account analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.) and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in mentoring junior staff and managing cross-departmental coordination.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA/ M.com/CA Inter /CMA Inter

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
