Job Title: Account Executive Intern
Job Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 10A Karachi.
(Preference will be given to nearby residents of Johar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal. Candidates living 6 km beyond are asked not to visit)
Working Hours: 10 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Stipend: PKR 10,000/- per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive Intern with a basic understanding of accounting principles and Excel. This is a great opportunity for freshers to kick-start their careers in a professional environment.

This is an entry-level position. If you show progress within three months, you will be promoted to Junior Accountant with a salary increase.

Note: This is not a part-time position. Right candidate is required work for 9 hours a day from Monday to Saturday and NO IT IS NOT A REMOTE JOB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records in QBD, QBO, and other accounting software
• Support in accounting entries for invoices, purchases, bills, petty cash, and reconciliations
• Help with invoice preparation and tracking
• Perform basic Excel-based financial tasks
• Assist senior team members in daily accounting operations

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Accounting concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Must be punctual and committed
