The Accounts and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. The role ensures that the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and organizational policies, providing strategic guidance to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management

  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and financial position of the company.
  • Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term business plans.
  • Ensure effective cost control and resource optimization.

2. Accounting Operations

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts.

3. Compliance and Audit

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage internal audit processes.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.

4. Financial Analysis and Strategy

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide management with insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and financial risks.

5. Team Leadership and Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Implement and maintain accounting systems and internal controls.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (ACCA, CA, CMA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
