Employment: Full-time & Onsite
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts & Finance Manager with solid experience in handling international accounting matters, especially related to Australia and Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Handle UAE VAT filings and Phonebot dubai quarterly tax returns.
• Oversee compliance with Australian tax obligations, including BAS, IAS, Superannuation, and other regulatory requirements.
• Process international supplier payments, departmental payments, and Australian utilities.
• Coordinate with consultants for Australian tax filings and financial compliance.
• Reconcile credit card, bank transactions, and merchant accounts.
• Track expenses, sales reports, and assist in monthly closing.
• Support inventory, stock adjustments, and RMA tracking.
• Conduct audits and prepare post-audit reports.
• Align, monitor, and support team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Perform any finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA / ACCA (part-qualified or finalist acceptable).
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Australian and Dubai accounting/tax matters is essential.
• Strong command of Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
