Accounts & Finance Officer (Chinese Naional)

Job Description:

We are hiring an Accountant (Chinese National) to handle daily financial operations and support accurate reporting within the organization. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with Chinese stakeholders, suppliers, and related business units.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions, posting entries, invoice verification, payments and reimbursements.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and other Middle Eastern tax requirements.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Ensure accounting standards (IFRS or Local) are applied correctly and followed consistently.

Requirements:

• Must be Chinese National (due to business communication requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / related field.
• Prior accounting / finance experience (multinational experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge in IFRS / or Local Accounting Standards.
• Familiar with UAE tax laws + Middle East region compliance.
• Proficient in SAP / QuickBooks / and MS Office (Excel highly preferred).
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin / other languages are an advantage.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible to travel or support overseas assignments within Middle Eastern countries if needed.
