Accounts / HR Manager

We are looking for result driven Male/Female member who brings his/her enthusiasm to join our growing team as an Accounts and HR manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Verifying/ Auditing Financial Records and Inventory
• Guiding, Promoting & implementing Sops
• Hiring and retaining the best talent
• Efficiently training Sales & Marketing Staff
• Timely Reporting about the team performance
• Payroll management
• Maintaining records and verification of new staff

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 year Prior experience preferably in retail outlet
• Graduation
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Detail Oriented
• Have a personal commitment to continuously learn and improve.
• Good knowledge of excel
• 2 reference/ guarantors of govt officials or businessmen in twin cities

JOB TIMING: 12PM to 10PM (Can be flexible for female where applicable)

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
