Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts department and supervise accounting staff.
  • Prepare financial statements, cashflow reports, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounts receivable/payable and general ledger activities.
  • Develop and monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Handle taxation, withholding, and compliance matters as per laws.
  • Coordinate with internal/external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement accounting controls and process improvements.
  • Present financial analysis and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 Years of Experience in Accounting & Finance (Real Estate experience preferred).
  • Qualification: M.Com / MBA Finance / ACCA / CA Inter / ICMA.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and Accounting Software (e.g., ERP/QuickBooks/Tally).
  • Excellent financial reporting, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under timelines and maintain data confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
