Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial reporting for all group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise accounting teams and coordinate workflows across group companies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for group entities.
- Monitor account activities, control budgets, and manage cash flow to support sound fiscal health for the group.
- Guide and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance measures across the organization.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders for audits and statutory filings.
- Advise top management on financial analysis, forecasts, and strategic planning to aid group decisions.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate junior accounting staff, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting management, preferably in a group or multi-entity organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office suite.
- Effective interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
