Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will oversee key accounting functions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support strategic financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accurate records
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide mentorship as needed
• Assist with process improvements and system implementations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., ERP)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
