Job Summary:
- The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide support for audits and internal controls.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:
- MCOM or ACCA
- 5 years experience in UAE
- Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
