Accounts Manager
Job Summary:
The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities of the showroom, including bookkeeping, budgeting, GST compliance, vendor payments, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. This role ensures accuracy in financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and supports business decision-making with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain day-to-day financial records, including sales, purchases, petty cash, and expenses.
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of ledgers, journal entries, and balance sheets.
- Monitor daily cash and bank transactions and reconcile accounts regularly.
Billing & Vendor Payments:
- Supervise invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable processes.
- Verify vendor bills and process timely payments.
- Coordinate with the purchase and inventory teams for payment-related matters.
Taxation & Compliance:
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
- Keep records ready for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Payroll Coordination:
- Collaborate with HR to process monthly payroll, salary slips, PF, ESI, etc.
- Ensure accurate deductions and compliance with payroll-related tax rules.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare financial reports, P&L statements, cash flow reports, and budget variance reports.
- Provide management with timely insights into financial performance.
- Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / M.Com preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in retail or trading businesses.
- Proficient in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic audit procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
