Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and timely.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Manage petty cash, invoices, and other financial documents efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
