Accounts Officer

We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Accounts and Finance team, supporting receivables management, revenue reporting, and financial reconciliations across multiple entities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all customer contracts are properly executed, documented, and securely maintained in both hard and soft copies for reference and audit purposes.
• Prepare and issue timely and accurate invoices to customers in line with contractual terms.
• Compute and record monthly intercompany invoices, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments as per company SOPs, maintaining KPIs for receivables and ensuring timely collections.
• Record all customer payments in the accounting system and ensure reconciliations are accurate and up to date.
• Perform monthly revenue booking and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately with proper documentation.
• Maintain detailed audit trails and supporting documents for smooth year-end external audits.
• Prepare and share receivables and aging reports with management, providing key insights on outstanding balances.
• Respond promptly to internal and external queries related to invoicing and receivables.
• Assist in monthly management reporting, forecasting, and any other finance-related projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or receivables management.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, revenue recognition, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (ERP experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Early joiners will be preferred.
