Accounts Officer (Evening Shift)

Icon Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong command over QuickBooks Desktop and MS Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure timely data entry of all financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between company records and bank statements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/annual closing processes.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts, ensuring timely settlement of dues.
• Support management in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis when required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Requirements:

• B.COM or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and MS Excel.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Location: Phase II Extension, DHA, Karachi.

Timings: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM
