Accounts Officer (Sales & Receivables)

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer (Sales & Receivables) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have prior working experience in the FMCG sector, strong command over receivables management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor customer receivables and aging reports
• Coordinate with sales teams for timely recovery and reconciliation
• Record and verify sales transactions in ERP/accounting system
• Maintain customer accounts, ledgers, and documentation
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
• Prepare periodic sales, recovery, and collection reports
• Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or Business (B.Com, BBA or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG
• Strong understanding of sales accounting, receivables, and documentation
• Good command over MS Excel and accounting software
