Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary:
Oversees the billing, collection, and reconciliation processes to ensure efficient cash flow and minimal overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AR team and oversee customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Monitor aging reports and implement effective credit control measures.
• Coordinate with Sales & Operations to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare AR reports, cash forecasts, and monthly performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of AR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
