Position Description:

We're looking for a motivated team player to join Affle's Dubai Finance team. He will be managing AR (Account Receivable) related processes like Invoicing, Compliance, Documentation, Reconciliation etc.

Experience - 2-5 Years

Required Skills:

Invoicing

▪ Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

▪ Verify invoice details, such as pricing, terms, and purchase/insertion orders.

Customer Relations

▪ Address customer inquiries, internal sales team inquiries, resolve payment related issues, and provide account statements as needed.

▪ Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring adherence to payment terms.

Data Entry

▪ Enter financial data of the invoices raised into the company's accounting system, maintaining up-to-date and organized records.

▪ Monitor and regularly update customer master data and ensure completeness.

Reconciliation

▪ Assist with reconciling accounts receivable transactions to verify accuracy.

▪ Reconciling revenues not yet billed and monitor its ageing thereof.

▪ Investigate and resolve discrepancies and disputes with customers in the reconciliation process.

Documentation

▪ Maintain proper documentation for all accounts receivable transactions as per Company’s standard operating procedures.

▪ Assist in the filing and organization of financial records.

Compliance

▪ Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and relevant accounting regulations.

▪ Assist with audits and reporting as required

Required abilities

  • Hands on GST/VAT.
  • Good Communication Skills. English is a must.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Google
  • Spreadsheets.
  • Proactively questions current practices, ability to identify root cause and corrective actions and drive
  • improvements.
  • Strong and Financial acumen and good problem solving and analytical skills are a must.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
