Acme Gridley Machinist

Our client is a manufacturer of high precision machine parts who is looking for an EXPERIENCED ACME GRIDLEY MACHINE OPERATOR.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years Acme Gridley setup and operating experience
• Ability to read blue prints; routings
• Ability to use gauges and measuring instruments
• Ability to load bar stock into equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and Set up of 6 spindle Acme Gridley screw machine
• Install collets, pushers, gears, camps, tool holders and other tooling
• Machine parts using blueprints and job routings
• Inspect parts for conformance to specifications and order requirement

Mon-Thur 6am-4:30pm.

Pay is $23-$26/hr.
