About this opportunity:

Join the Ericsson team as an Add On Sales Coordinator! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Add-on Sales Coordinator who is responsible for identifying, tracking, and coordinating additional sales opportunities within existing projects or service contracts. This role ensures timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and alignment with operational and financial targets.

What you will do:

  • Monitor ongoing projects to identify potential add-on sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to validate scope and pricing.
  • Track approvals, delivery timelines, and invoicing status.
  • Maintain accurate records of add-on sales in internal systems.
  • Liaise with finance and sourcing teams to ensure compliance and cost control.
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking related to add-on sales performance.
  • Ensure alignment with contract terms and customer expectations.

The skills you bring:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales coordination or commercial operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of project workflows and financial tracking.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
  • Effective communication and follow-up skills.
