
Role Overview:
We're hiring an Admin and Accounts Assistant to join our growing team at Increase Rev. If you're detail-oriented with experience in bookkeeping, admin support, and IT troubleshooting, this full-time office-based role in Gulshan-e-Iqbal is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
- Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets etc).
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
- Support in monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Help in preparing financial reports and expense summaries.
- Assist in maintaining ledgers and updating accounts payable/receivable records.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding payments.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory tracking.
- Maintain organized filing systems for administrative and financial documents.
- Assist with HR documentation like employee attendance, leaves, and joining formalities.
- Support scheduling meetings, managing office communication, and handling correspondence.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other departments for administrative support.
- Help organize company events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
IT Support:
- Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure basic software and office equipment (e.g., printers, routers).
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track usage or issues.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers for advanced troubleshooting.
- Ensure regular backups of important data and assist in basic data recovery.
- Help maintain IT security protocols, including password policies and software updates.
- Help in Research and Development to accelerate growth of organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or IT is preferred.
- 6 month to 1 year of relevant experience in accounts or admin/ IT support (internships can be considered).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with multiple accounting software is a plus.
- Strong IT and Hardware knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
LOCATION: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13-A, near Hasan Square 75300 Karachi.
Job Timings: 12:00PM - 8:00PM (afternoon shift)
