Location: Central Plaza, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Organisation:
A well-established real estate and property management services firm handling commercial and residential facilities, offering a stable work environment and long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations, documentation, filing, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate facility-related tasks such as housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and office supplies
  • Support basic accounting activities: data entry, voucher preparation, bill checking, and coordination with accountants
  • Maintain attendance records, petty cash handling, and expense tracking
  • Handle communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and timely resolution of issues
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and maintaining excel sheets

Requirements:

  • Graduate with experience in administration; facility management experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounts or accounting processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication, coordination skills, and ability to multitask
  • Responsible, organised, and able to manage long work hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
