  • Maintain office files and records, update office inventories, track vehicle logs, manage office supplies, assist Admin Supervisor in completing daily administrative tasks
  • Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings & events, coordinate interviews, prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer and route calls, maintain visitor logs, ensure reception cleanliness and decorum, manage incoming/outgoing mail/courier
  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on administrative and operational activities, including front office operations, task tracking, and follow-ups
  • Assist management in planning schedules, meetings, and daily reviews, ensuring smooth execution of planned activities
  • Identify violations or non-compliance by cleaning companies and report them promptly to the Admin Supervisor for corrective action
  • Other tasks given by the department/management.
