ESOLS Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support our team in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Handle data entry, record keeping, and documentation
  • Prepare and organize files, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist in managing emails, phone calls, and client inquiries
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace
  • Support the management team with scheduling and task follow-ups
  • Coordinate with different departments when needed
  • Perform basic accounting tasks such as maintaining ledgers and expense records (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fast and accurate typing
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional attitude and time management skills
