Job Summary

The SpotBus Admin – Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining all operational data related to buses, routes, advertisements, advertisers, and daily reporting in the SpotBus system. This role is critical to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and smooth functioning of the advertisement and announcement platform.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Updates

  • Enter bus details (Bus Number, Route, Depot, Driver Details).
  • Upload and update advertisement content details (Client Name, Campaign Date, Duration).
  • Maintain advertiser profiles and contracts.
  • Update daily ad play reports and logs.
  • Enter revenue and payment records.

System Management

  • Maintain data in the SpotBus Dashboard / Firebase / Admin Panel.
  • Ensure correct mapping of:
  • Advertisement to buses
  • Advertisement to date & time
  • Advertisement to location

Daily Reporting

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports:
  • Ads played
  • Revenue
  • Active buses
  • Active advertisers
  • Submit reports to the Operations Manager / Management Team.

Data Verification & Accuracy

  • Cross-check data with:
  • Bus operators
  • Advertisers
  • Field staff
  • Correct errors immediately.
  • Ensure 100% data transparency, especially for government reporting.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with:
  • Field Team
  • Sales Team
  • Technical Team
  • Support client queries related to ad schedules and reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
