Conduct interviews and support learner registration including completion of the

certification process.

 Handle general administrative and clerical support such as mailing, scanning, copying,

faxing, and data entry.

 Maintain both electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring documents are

organized and updated.

 Prepare, modify, and format documents including correspondence, reports, drafts,

memos, presentations, and meeting minutes.

 Provide real-time scheduling support by managing calendars, booking appointments,

and preventing conflicts.

 Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for

managers and senior staff.

 Make comprehensive travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels,

transportation, and restaurant reservations.

 Screen and direct phone calls, answer customer inquiries, and maintain polite and

professional communication via phone, email, and mail.

 Process, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

 Greet and direct visitors, clients, and new staff, ensuring a positive and seamless

experience.

 Set up meeting rooms, prepare documents, and provide logistical support for meetings

and business trips.

 Assist in resolving administrative problems and proactively anticipate the needs of

management and clients.

 Reorder and take stock of office supplies, ensuring availability at all times.

 Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

 Write and issue emails to teams and departments on behalf of management or senior

staff.

 Conduct basic research, generate reports, and support presentation development using

computer applications.

 Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency.

 Maintain ISO documents and support compliance with organizational standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
