Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and document preparation
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination for executives
- Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee onboarding
- Coordinate with accounting, logistics, and sales departments for smooth workflow
- Maintain databases, records, and internal communications
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and office maintenance
- Prepare reports, letters, memos, and presentations when required
- Assist in improving internal systems and administrative processes
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role (assistant or executive level)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
Preferred for Admin Pro Level:
- Experience handling high-level executive support and cross-departmental coordination
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP tools, or project management platforms (e.g., Notion, Trello, Zoho, etc.)
- Proven ability to automate repetitive processes and streamline admin functions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
