Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.
- Manage reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a professional environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and clarity.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, documentation, and correspondence.
- Support HR, Admin, and Operations teams with routine tasks as needed.
- Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and office supplies.
- Uphold professional etiquette and company protocols at all times.
Required Skills

- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
