Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.
  • Manage reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a professional environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and clarity.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Support HR, Admin, and Operations teams with routine tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and office supplies.
  • Uphold professional etiquette and company protocols at all times.
