- Job Description: Admin Assistant
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Salary Budget: Up to ₹25,000/Month

Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Documentation
- Prepare and maintain legal documents such as agreements, contracts, vendor forms, and supporting paperwork.
- Coordinate with external legal consultants when required.
- Ensure timely renewal and filing of company licenses, registrations, and compliance-related documents.
- Maintain proper digital and physical documentation for audit purposes.
2. Invoice Generation
- Prepare sales invoices accurately in coordination with the accounts or sales team.
- Verify rates, quantities, taxes, and customer details before invoice creation.
- Ensure timely invoicing and maintain proper invoice records for future reference.
3. Dispatch Coordination
- Manage daily dispatch operations (Courier, Transport, Material Outflow).
- Prepare delivery challans, packing lists, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely pickup and delivery.
- Track shipments and update internal teams/customers as required.
4. Ability to Ride (2-Wheeler Required)
- Must be comfortable riding a two-wheeler for:
- Local deliveries
- Bank work
- Document submission
- Vendor coordination
- Should possess a valid driving license.
5. Quotation Preparation
- Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with sales or management for pricing approvals.
- Maintain a quotation log for follow-up and tracking.
6. Stock Management
- Maintain stock records and update stock levels regularly.
- Coordinate with stores for inward/outward materials.
- Conduct periodic physical stock checks.
- Update stock sheets and report variances if found.
7. Additional Admin Responsibilities
- Assist with general office operations such as filing, vendor management, and procurement.
- Support the team with data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Handle daily admin tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Admin/Operations roles.
- Strong knowledge in legal paperwork, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and stock management.
- Must know how to ride a two-wheeler and have a valid license.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), Email, and basic documentation software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
