A leading company specializing in architectural fit-out and high-end special finishes is looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Assistant to support our operations in Saudi Arabia.
Eligibility Requirement

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to project and office teams
- Manage document filing (soft & hard copies), data entry, and correspondence
- Handle email communications, scheduling, and coordination with internal departments
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and project-related documentation
- Preparation of commercial proposals or quotations
- Maintain updated logs, trackers, and office records
- Support procurement coordination, follow-ups, and basic office management tasks
- Ensure timely communication and smooth workflow between departments
Qualifications
- Saudi National – required as part of Saudization compliance
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in an administrative role (preferably in construction, contracting, or fit-out)
- Excellent communication skills. English is a plus
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced project environment
Preferred
- Experience in document control or project administration
- Background in fit-out or architectural finishes
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
