A leading company specializing in architectural fit-out and high-end special finishes is looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Assistant to support our operations in Saudi Arabia.

Eligibility Requirement

Only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role in accordance with Saudization program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to project and office teams
  • Manage document filing (soft & hard copies), data entry, and correspondence
  • Handle email communications, scheduling, and coordination with internal departments
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and project-related documentation
  • Preparation of commercial proposals or quotations
  • Maintain updated logs, trackers, and office records
  • Support procurement coordination, follow-ups, and basic office management tasks
  • Ensure timely communication and smooth workflow between departments

Qualifications

  • Saudi National – required as part of Saudization compliance
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in an administrative role (preferably in construction, contracting, or fit-out)
  • Excellent communication skills. English is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred

  • Experience in document control or project administration
  • Background in fit-out or architectural finishes
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred
